5 Stars better than I thought
I got it because of the price and I would have paid twice this much If I knew it was so good. I am leaving a review because I almost didn’t buy it because it had no reviews. Very good DVD.

4 Stars pretty good
Hi all, this video is pretty good and the asanas are excellent for us gals that are oh-so-swelling with life. Easy on the sensitive areas, doesnt uncomfortably squish baby or bladder, and provides some much needed relaxation and stretching. I have a feeling this is a valuable tool in my labor and delivery aresenal, as I feel the exercises really do open up the hips and help get the baby in proper birthing position. Try it, especially if you don’t mind a little chanting with your yoga!

5 Stars Outstanding
Wonderful, effective, very easy to follow. April Bernardi and her 35 week pregnant student demonstrate a series of fantastic yoga movements that relax and energise. Great for easing discomfort, making room for your baby and preparing for delivery. Like all yoga the breath is at the centre to the practice and Kundalini yoga always involves a fair amount of chanting that might not be everyones cup of tea. The slightly bland production values may annoy some but personally I prefer a well planned workout to a stunning backdrop. The exercise sequence is about 35 minutes long, just right for me as I have a busy toddler to look after. Great for all stages of pregnancy.

2 Stars not so pleased
I was really looking forward to this DVD and then it came in the mail. The main yoga instructor is not pregnant so for me personally that made it a little less appealing and then the whole thing is shot on a ugly set in front of a brick wall. Not very soothing scenery at all. I have no comment on the exercises as I haven’t even tried them yet. I just didn’t want to sit in front of a screen watching a such an ugly set for an hour.

5 Stars CONFUSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have read some REALLY good reviews about this DVD series, so I am excited to order… but, I’m deffinately NOT going to order from here! What is up with the price of the DVD???????????????? I did just a little bit of research and found it for just 11.99 on one website, then 16.99 on another!!!! what is going on here??? there must be some mistake!

5 Stars Despite the cover - this is a great DVD…
I had been doing various kundalini yoga DVDs by Ana Brett and Ravi Singh and loved them. When I needed to switch to something designed for prenatal yoga, it was discouraging that there aren’t many prenatal kundalini yoga DVDs. I bought two - and this is by far my favorite. My only complaint is that it is an hour long, and I wish there was an easy way to break it up (like the matrix option the Ana and Ravi DVDs have). Overall though - I love it!

5 Stars great pregnancy yoga
I am currently 33 weeks along and have been using this DVD for the last two months or so. In the last couple of weeks, I have been using it every day. It is very relaxing and effective, and I have not suffered any lower back pain at all since using this dvd. I found the keep-up exercise very challenging at first, but it’s become much easier and it really does help me focus on my breathing and relaxing through the challenge. Anna might not explain how every single posture is beneficial to the pregnant body but they are all postures that I have seen in either pregnancy books or in other DVDs that are meant to facilitate pregnancy and/or childbirth.

5 Stars Wonderful DVD!!
I used this DVD through my entire pregnancy and as a way to get back into exercise post-partum. I credit it with opening my joints, keeping my body stretched, and teaching me how to get to that place of focus that is oh-so-necessary during birth. I had an extremely long homebirth (and eventual hospital transfer) but I still managed to have a natural childbirth because of the focus and sheer strength I had gained from a regular yoga practice.

4 Stars very relaxing
i only used this video a fe wtimes whne i was pregnant because well i just was kind of lazy and tired alot after working, also being very overweight it was hard to get on the floor some days. but when i did watch it, it was very relaxing, especially the music. i was thinking of starting to use it again because i have a bad back and it would probably be at the right pace for me. Some things i couldnt do because i wasnt flexible enough and haven’t done much yoga prior, but then i would just continue with my breathing instead.

5 Stars BEST Yoga for Pregnancy!!!!!!!!!
I’m a Prenatal Yoga Teacher… and this was the DVD I did through my own three pregnancies. And, I was so impressed, that I attended Gurmukh’s Teacher Training, so I could become a Prenatal Teacher myself. This yoga is like no other. It will change your life, and the life of your child. We need change, and this is what you are looking for. Trust me. :) Times are tough, so you only want to buy ONE DVD. And, this is the ONE.

5 Stars Great for back
I own some of top selling prenatal DVDs and this one is the one I always do over and over again.

Why? It is the best DVD for a pain-free back and it is not the easy one.

It’s also quite challenging for my legs and there is some work for arms and of course - plenty for hips.

5 Stars Best Prenatal Yoga DVD
This if by far the BEST prenatal DVD. It really helped me get through a few rough days, the exercises are perfect for expectant mothers in all trimesters. If you want to do something good for you and your baby - put your mind at ease, ease tension & worries, or if you just need a little encouragement to make it through some tough days- get this DVD, It’s nurturing for mind, body and soul. It’s a DVD that you will do over and over again, it will bring a smile to you face.

5 Stars Nice and Calming
Prenatal Kundalini Yoga and Meditation for Mothers to Be

I’m early in my pregnancy, but found my usual Kundalini videos contained breathing exercises that you aren’t supposed to do while pregnant. So I did this workout just yesterday and really liked it.

I own the other Kundalini Yoga workout Gurmukh did, so I was ready for a nice outdoorsy set and a little more “woo woo” than my normal yoga, but this was not an easy, just sit and meditate workout. I got a little glowy with the squats, and liked that the workout was mostly active work, very little meditation or chanting. It also helped that the pregnant women weren’t supermodels who still wear a size 2 with a cute little accessory baby bump.

A+.

5 Stars Beautiful and peaceful prenatal yoga
I just finished this dvd for the first time and it is so nice! The scenery is beautiful and peaceful, and Gurmukh is lovely. She safely and gently moves the moms through postures and explains so many things about the movements. She is encouraging and the set is fun too! I love the part with free-form dance and the meditations. Even more, I love how Gurmukh encourages women to trust their bodies and the life force within them, and helps guide you to let go of any fear which may get in the way of your dreamed birth experience. She also gives great daily exercises to practice to make you more strong and ready for labor. If you are looking for a simple yet challenging routine to help you be strong for labor but also would like the spiritual aspect to be a part of your practice, this is probably the dvd for you.

I am going to recommend this to any of the yoga mommas I know! This one is definitely a must have.

PS. I have no affiliation in any way with the makers of the dvd, I really just bought it because of the great reviews.
